Inspection trips are an enjoyable way
to look before you buy. Trips are available for buyers
and investors who wish to view communities where they
have seen a property for sale.
Here are the details of the Inspection
Trip, for purchasers of NEW HOMES, however, to avoid
any future misunderstanding, this offer is NOT AVAILABLE
on resale homes.
Approx: 3 nights / 4 days, during which
time we will have been able to show you around the Disney
area, visiting properties which we feel will be of interest
to you. Our inspection trips are tailor made for you
and are only conducted on a personal one to one basis.
The scheme is
simple:
(1) You arrange and pay for flights to
Orlando, whether it be for a 4 day Inspection Trip,
or a combined 7/14 day Trip and holiday
(2) We arrange for you to stay in a luxury
villa, for which you pay a discounted - off peak - price
for a 3 bed/2 bath/pool home or, if you prefer, at an
associated 'Holiday Inn Express' hotel
(3) To offset some - or all - of the
costs of your trip, you are GUARANTEED a REFUND OF $1500
DOLLARS when the purchase is finalised and you have
taken occupation of your new home.
With regard to the trip itself (if it
is a 3 night/4 day one), we provide a Welcome Driver
to transport you from the airport to your luxury accommodation,
then next morning (day 2) after a good night's rest,
you are taken to inspect the properties of your choice,
finishing at lunchtime for an afternoon of reflection,
whilst relaxing around the pool. (If you are visiting
Orlando for a longer period, say 7 to 14 days, you are
advised to rent a car and pick it up at the airport).
On day 3, after more viewing and final
choice of your NEW HOME, some time is spent at the office,
to complete the paperwork and pay your holding deposit.
On your final day - with an early start
- there may be time to do a few hours shopping before
going back to the airport for the flight home
